Adam Curlykale, 32, decided to tattoo his entire body - including his eyeballs - after getting diagnosed with cancer ten years ago.

A TATTOO obsessive who covered 90 per cent of his body in black ink has paid to have his genitals removed - because the were spoiling the view of his body art.

After realising that his genitals disrupted his all-black aesthetic, he decided to have them lopped off in Mexico.
He shared the gruesome results with his 25k instagram followers.

When Adam, from Kaliningra, Russia, was just 22 he was diagnosed with cancer of the large intestine.
After months of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, molecular therapy and stem cell therapy he was left with a very weak immune system He recently paid to have his genitals removed as they interfered with  his aesthetic

 Adam's first tattoo, like many of his others, have since been covered over with jet-black ink

Although he successfully fought the disease, his immune system left him with several skin conditions and a partial disappearance of the pigment in the skin, otherwise known as albinism.
He became very depressed, suffered from eating disorders and even attempted suicide.

He said: "I did not accept myself and others did not accept me.
"Tattoos allowed me to discover myself again. I became beautiful to myself."

 Adam was once a baby-faced, tattoo-free 20-something. He flew to Mexico for the costly surgery
