BUHARI, KWANKWASO IN CLOSED-DOOR MEETING...READ IT ALL ON TAFIA WORLD

Buhari, Kwankwaso in closed-door meeting
A former governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Friday visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Buhari and Kwankwaso held a closed-door meeting inside the president's office.
This was after they had joined other Muslim faithful in observing jumaat prayer at the State House mosque.
Our correspondent reports that this was about the first time Kwankwaso would hold such a private meeting with President Buhari in Aso Rock.
There was no official communication from the Presidency on what Buhari and Kwankwaso discussed.
The former governor left the Presidential Villa without addressing State House correspondents.
There had been reports of a feud between...read it here... Kwankwaso and his successor, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Kwankwaso and Ganduje had enjoyed a peaceful and rancour-free eight-year tenure as governor and deputy.
They were reported to have fallen out with each other barely five months after Kwankwaso handed over power to Ganduje, on the ground of disagreements over cabinet appointments.

The Kano State branch of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) had once threatened to sanction Kwankwaso over alleged “political misconduct.”
