Nigerian born Europe based act, Calebin is arguably the most consistent & hardworking Nigerian Afro Pop act in Europe after his debut single.

Calebin has consistently been giving us hits back to back which got him recognized and crowned as the Best Artist and most sorted out Afrobeat act in Europe.

He has been pictured on almost all the big shows in Europe since his debut single.

An eyewitness only identified as Ken Yeboah has given a chilly account of how Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Ebony Reigns died in an on head collision with a VIP bus at Nyamebekyere near Mankranso in the Ahafo Ano South, a district in the Ashanti Region on Thursday.

Two others according to the report contained in an audio from Kumasi-based Ultimate FM indicates that a military officer and a young girl in her mid fifteens also died in the ghastly accident involving the black Jeep car of the musician and the VIP bus at about 11Pm on Thursday.

“No one in the bus was dead or injured but occupants of the Jeep vehicle were hurt. The passengers told us the accident involved another car and that a soldier and a small girl were trapped in the vehicle. We called fire service from Bechem and when they came they were incapacitated so they relied on their colleagues in Sunyani who managed to open the mangled vehicle before they could retrieve the bodies. I saw her she was the Ebony we know”

A brief history

Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng (born 16 February 1997; known by the stage name Ebony) is a Ghanaian dancehall/Afrobeats artist widely known for her hit songs "Poison" and "Kupe", she was discovered by Bullet, a member of Ruff n Smooth fame.

Ebony was discovered by renowned musician and entrepreneur Bullet of Ruff n Smooth fame when she sent a recording of her voice and was signed to his Rufftown record label just a day after listening to the recording.

Ebony came out with her first single, "Dancefloor", in December 2015 with a video and audio release.

The song became a hit on radio landing her nomination for the unsung category at the 2016 Ghana Music Awards.

In March 2016 Ebony released her major hit single "Kupe", which is a household anthem in Ghana and some other African countries.

Ebony is signed to ruff town records and Midas touch Inc.

The much talked about Olamide show is about to kick off in Europe, this show has been the most promoted show so far in Europe giving the promoters enough time to show thier mighty power, the show brought to Europe by Alex Ozone and Urban entertainemt based in praag has had its up and down with the passing of the star Artist mother Olamide, putting in doubt the availability of olamides presence in Europe, but because of the love olamide have for his fans he has to get over the passing of mother real quick to attend to his fans that is a true spirit,

PROMOTERS SHOULD GIVE EU BASED ARTISTS A CHANCE TO SHINE, WHY THE RECYLING OF THE A LIST ARTIST?, READ IT ALL ON TAFIA WORLD.

The year has just started and many of the European based promoters are all working to outshine each other with the release of various Alist Artists from Nigeria flyers all over the places which is a good development to Afro beat music in Europe.


My question is why are they all coming almost the same time?, I have read on various social media the complaints of some EU based promoters about the losses most of them incure after doing some of this shows, yet anytime they hear of an A list Artist coming from Nigeria they run for it, what is making them do it?, is it the love of music?, Ego or a show off, this are the very questions many people are asking, which no one seems to have an answer to.

 why it may not be anyones business  who they are promoting, afterall they are spending thier money one will not also fail to talk about it. if we all want the betterment of the music industry in Europe.

In Europe we have various Artists that can equal some of this A list Artists why are the European based promoters not embracing the Artists in Europe if they want to grow the industry what did they do wrong, what is needed to fix the promblem.

 I guess if the promoters are all in it to make the money and help the entertainment industry grow why are they not investing on thier own European based Artists atleast the ones that have good music, not all of them are bad, why not take the risk with them.

I know people will say who wants to take risk with an unknown Artist, i can say here that most of the A list Artists that have come to Europe have not been a sale out either, many promoters counted thier losses. it was also a risk, why not take the same risk with an EU based Artist, plan a tour with them.

I guess with a good promo by some of this European based promoters some of this European Artists can pull a large crowd the Artist would be paid the promoter will make his money and both parties will smile.


why do we Always choose to do the opposite?, why do we Always want to take the long road instead of the short cut, why are our promoter doing recycling?, why are they not giving thier own a chance

My write up is not about anyone and should not been seen as such and its not to discourage anyone from promoting who ever they want to promote, my write up is a plea to the European based promoters to give a chance to one of thier own, let the egugu dance at home for once.

I am not a promoter  and i know that so dont remind me of it, with our collective affort EU will shine one day.
