Senator Na’allah threatened to arrest Mushaj Fahaj Nigeria Ltd for absconding with about thirty-seven million naira (N37m) meant for the completion of the college’s third hangar project.
He explained that he threatened to the contractor upon realization that he had been mobilized with about thirty-seven million (N37m) naira and had only performed a job valued at about eleven million naira (N11m) .

Biafra: Buhari has influenced ECOWAS Court to ignore Kanu’s case – IPOBThe Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has expressed disappointment over the handling of its case against the Nigerian government by the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS. IPOB said the inability of the court to rule on the release of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu was disappointing.
The pro-Biafra group had hoped that the ECOWAS Court would deliver express judgment in order to have its leader released, but has now expressed displeasure that the Court seemed aligned with Nigerian courts to frustrate their aspiration.

Lawyer wants hawking banned nationwideA girl hawks groundnuts arranged on a tray along a road in Nigeria's southwest city of Osogbo.
An Ilorin based lawyer, Mr. Tunde Jimoh, has called on the Federal Government to impose a ban on hawking by children nationwide.
Jimoh, who made the call in Ilorin on Friday, said government must protect the children to safeguard their future.
He said that hawking has ruined the lives of promising Nigerian children, with many of them lured into different negative acts beyond their mental scope.
According to him, hawking has also caused set back to the lives of many teenagers who are lured into prostitution, abusing hard drugs and other vices.
He said, “Many young girls are being raped and boys are being lured into armed robbery, which have had negative impact on their lives.
“Hawking should never be encouraged in Nigeria, hawking has done more harm than good to the future of Nigerian teenagers.”
The legal practitioner urged parents to stop sending their children to hawk on the street, so as to save their dignity and insure their future.
Jimoh advised that seminars be organised for parents to sensitise them on the dangers inherent in allowing children to hawk on the street.
