The more you do, the more experience you get. One thing I have come to realise is that there needs to be more balance between the artists and the promoters when arranging tours here in Europe. First of all, an artist does not need to travel with a large crowd. That becomes very expensive for the promoters, and makes it almost impossible to make a profit. The artist should come with his manager only, such that there are only three people travelling: the artist, the artist’s manager, and the European tour promoter.

Also, as I have said earlier, there is no need for a tour DJ. There are lots of talented local DJs that can be used. Furthermore, all artists cannot expect to get paid the same. If an artist only has a few hits, the price should be much lower than for someone who has been making hits for years.

Also, we should give more credit to the DJs. They are the ones who actually keep the crowd pleased for most of the night, playing from 9 o’clock till early morning, while the artists often just spend 45minutes on a playback performance.

The point of all this is: the artists should take us along and share more of the profits, because we are the ones who are doing all the hard work. With the money they are making they should take care of their own expenses, and get the visa themselves. Preparing a tour can take several months, and in the end the promoter can be left with nothing. That makes one feel used and exploited. How long are we going to be blind to this? It is time for Europe to wake up! Ken Tallest say so #NWS2017🔔✌🏽️@kentallest.com

It would be recalled that Djbudetee has been fighting to correct this a long time and its also good to know that many are now seeing the injustice been done to our promoters, deejays and Artists in Europe as a whole.
