Renowned Nollywood actress, Hilda Dokubo, has recounted how she roughly and carelessly lived her life as a young growing girl, and how she almost took to prostitution out of frustration following her father’s death.
The former Special Adviser on youth affairs to Peter Odili, a former governor of Rivers State, made this known in Lagos at the weekend where she ministered as a Pastor at the Fresh Oil International Church.
She said some of her past activities are unknown to many as she turned her back on God and everything that mattered.
hilda-dokubo1Dokubo said, “I was born with a silver spoon, but death turned me poverty-stricken after my father died when I was just nine.
“I turned away from God at that point, because I felt disappointed that despite how much my father loved and served God, he still died; so after my dad died, my mother completely lost her mind. If she were living in the US, I’m sure she would have been diagnosed as a mental case....read it here...

On her Instagram page @kaffydance, she wrote: “This message is for those of you that disrespectfully disregard us dancers especially. @davidoofficial: If you don’t want dancers express it way before you agree to allow them dance than when you are about to climb the stage you decide you don’t need us again, or tell dancers not to come near you while u perform.
“It’s not your fault we have learnt our lesson and we thank arrogant artistes like you as this will not continue for long. Nowadays artiste take a piss.
“Enough is enough. It’s alright if artistes don’t need us. We are artistes ourselves. It is very disrespectful for you to look down at and trample on people who in one way or the other contribute to where you are today.
