Flavour Engaged to Beverly hills, US based.

The rumour is making the rounds that Chinedu Okoli, whose stage name is Flavour N’Abania and Mr. Highlife as he is popularly referred to is close to tying the nuptial knot. Flavour is alleged to have secretly engaged an upcoming US singer called “Beverly Hills”. Beverly Hills real name is yet unknown, but Matinee found out that she is a Nigerian and lives in a Nigerian community in the US.

The rumour went further to disclose that the woman in question is also pregnant for our star and would be having his baby soon. In December last year, Dami duro crooner Davido was enveloped in a second lady-in-bed photo scandal with an unnamed girl after the first one involving girl friend Sonia went viral in March while holidaying in Ghana. Davido has kept mum on the matter until now when he tells former Big Brother Africa house mate Ebuka Obi Uchendu hosts of TV programme Rubbing Minds that he never knew this girl. “I was asleep in bed. The girl just snuck in and (makes gesture of taking photograph) I don’t know her. I used to stay in an apartment back then and movement was kind of free. Maybe I didn’t lock the door and she just snuck in and took the pix. I have however moved to my new home where

Davido I didn’t realise what was going on even after the pix was posted online. I traveled to Ghana immediately afterwards and I noticed on the plane people were just staring at me and I wondered why. Since it was a flight my phone was switched off and so I had no idea what was happening online. When I got to Ghana, I still got the same stare from people. I was asked by friends to switch on my phone and that was it. 300 calls from Dad, 600 calls from grandma, everyone one asking Davido what’s going on.” Davido claims the girl in question later called his ‘people’ to apologise but then the damage had already been done. He hopes such incidences never occur again as he maintains his resilience to finish his studies, face his music business and continue to be a role model to others.

THENETNG spent some time with him in his Lekki-home on Thursday, March 17, having been invited by his new manager, Olatunde Michaels of Play Centre.
When we arrive, he’s sitting in the living room, with a young assistant keeping him company. He’s dressed casually, in a patterned T-shirt and a pair of dark blue jeans.

Few hours ago, Paul Okoye tendered his apology to his twin, Peter Okoye via an open letter he shared on Instagram. Peter has responded with full assurance that P-Square is Back!

*** Hi guys. Thanks for the love and support, I so much appreciate everyone of you. For public record, I don't have any issues with my brother Paul the only issue I have is with the management which I have disassociated myself with. There is a clear line between family and business, Jude still remains my brother, he is just no longer my manager.


For the record also, P'square still remains, the only difference is that we are under separate managements and there is nothing wrong with that. I see no wrong in doing separate projects and and still being together as P'square. read more here......

Ibinabo opens up from prison the kirikiri life, now her new found home.

Following her five year jail sentence , Ibinabo Fiberesima has opened up on the accident which... killed a doctor ..Here is a report by Vanguard

"Since the incident happened, I have learnt how not to trust anybody any more. I put my trust now in the Lord. And this is better explained in the new song I recorded. The music captures my story. Emotionally, I have been drained and to some extent humiliated, even in public…I wasn’t happy that I was involved in that accident. I have said it over and over again that I’m deeply sorry that it ever happened. I don’t know how else to atone for the accident. I started begging my victim’s family from the very day the accident happened. My family attended the funeral rites and service of songs and I even attended the 40 days prayer when I was strong enough to move about. I met with the mother and the wife of the deceased. There’s virtually nothing I didn’t do to plead with the family of the deceased to let me off the hook. I’m still pleading with them as I speak with you right now.”
With this heart-rending statement Ibinabo Fiberesima broke down in tears after she was released from Kirikiri prison in 2009. It was same again Friday last week, as the appellate court dismissed her appeal and affirmed the High Court’s judgement, which sentenced her to five years imprisonment for manslaughter.
